A welcoming first impression...

Experience the curb appeal of this beautiful property. The front yard provides a warm welcome, setting the stage for the charm found within, and hinting at the homey feeling inside.

Quality that stands out...

This property is a huge corner lot offering much curb appeal and a comfortable homey atmosphere. The home was built in 1945 and as the owners for about 20 years, we have made many upgrades!

Notice the durable and attractive siding that protects and beautifies this home. This vinyl siding was chosen because it includes extra insulation for cold Wyoming winters and to keep the cool air in during the summertime. New gutters too!

Our home has also had the top floor windows replaced. New central air was installed 2 years ago and the attic has added insulation as well. Square footage is 1,162 on the top floor and 1,162 in the unfinished basement.

We have been going though years of hand-me-downs as we prepare to move so please excuse the mess in some of the images below. As we get things moved out, we will be sure to update the pictures.

Versatile living for all...

Sorry about the boxes ... this is one of our collection areas for garage sale items as we purge and pack.

This is a view of the entrance to our home. It opens up to the main living area and looks into the kitchen (There's still a pocket door in the wall on the right!).

We had intended to continue the flooring from the kitchen throughout the front room but with our quick decision to move, we decided to leave the original hardwood flooring exposed so potential buyers could see what is underneath the carpet. A quick sanding and a clear coat would make the hardwood flooring beautiful once again!

The carpet itself in the front room is fairly well worn and about 15 years old. It will be deep cleaned after moving the furniture out so it is ready for the new owner to move in. Note the option to remove and remodel later on. Once again ... lots of potential!

A comfy and cozy living space...

The living room provides a convenient comfy and cozy space to chill out, watch tv, and more. It is the heart of our home where we spend most of our family time.

The kitchen ...

While the cabinets are still dated, many improvements have been made to this area. New subflooring and Life Proof flooring have made a small improvement to make the kitchen look a bit newer.

There is a nice cozy corner for a kitchen table where your family can gather for meals, homework, games, and more.

The large window lets in lots of light and offers a view while doing the dishes. Sorry ... no dishwasher in this space.

The cabinets and countertops are from the 70s but they do have character as well as the opportunity to repaint or remodel to your liking.

Seamless transitions...

The main hallway efficiently connects the private living spaces, and the bathroom ensuring easy access to all rooms while maintaining a sense of privacy and contributing to the homey feel.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs even though Zillow and other sites will tell you there are only 2. We don't know why!

Essential comforts ...

Jenn fell in love with the old blue tile in the bathroom so it has stuck. She was able to showcase her blue mason jars to hold toothbrushes and cotton balls as well as cute blue accessories and pictures on the wall.

The tub is blue too ... and since we are shower folks, we found a cute way to hang a shower curtain which gives the bathroom even more character.

On many occasions we discussed replacing the vanity but could never find one we really liked so the original that came with the house when we purchased it remains. Hey! Another opportunity for potential!

Bedrooms  ...

There are 3 bedrooms as you travel down the hall and all of them offer a coziness that is unique.

The hallway to heaven ...

Bedroom to the right ...

The bedroom off to the right ... sorry about another cluttery picture as this has become another collection area for boxes and items we plan to take with us. This room is approximately 9 feet by 11 feet. It was our son's room before making it a guest room and the blue walls were painted to match our son's favorite character Captain Rex from Star Wars. We haven't gotten around to repainting it. Another opportunity for potential!

Bedroom to the left ...

This 11 foot by 11 foot bedroom to the left currently holds a king-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and giant hydraulic computer desk. It is another cozy spacious room with two windows that let in lots of natural light.

Comfortable third bedroom...

The bedroom straight ahead may have been used as a tv room at some point, but it has been a comfortable bedroom for our king-size bed, 3 dressers, and more. The room measures 11 feet by 15 feet. You can see in the ceiling where the safe is located that there once was a fireplace. We removed it but the hearth and pipe to the outside are still in tact should the new owner want to put in another.

Journey to expanded living

Descend to the lower level, where an entire floor of potential awaits. These stairs lead to versatile spaces that significantly expand our home's footprint, offering great value. And an opportunity to make it your own!

Expansive lower-level living

Discover an incredibly spacious basement living room, offering endless possibilities for a home theater, game room, or additional family gathering spot. This area truly adds significant value and potential.

Convenient basement kitchenette ...

Adding to the lower level's versatility is a kitchen area where you will find a sink and a place for a smaller sized refrigerator. There is room for a small table where perhaps guests could be entertained one day without needing to go upstairs. More great potential!

Secluded basement bedroom...

Again, used for storing years of hand-me-downs and such, a private bedroom in the basement is huge with a decent sized closet. It could someday provide a quiet escape for guests or family members, offering comfort and a sense of independence, making this home ideal for various living arrangements.

Flexible bonus space downstairs...

Beyond the main areas, an additional little room in the basement offers incredible flexibility – ideal for a home office, gym, craft room, storage, or whatever your family needs. Lots of potential for customization in this little room, but it likely is not large enough for a bedroom. We always dreamed of expanding the bathroom into this room and adding a sauna or even a small hot tub. Ahhhhh ....

Future bathroom potential...

This unfinished basement bathroom area presents a fantastic opportunity to customize and add value, allowing you to design it exactly to your taste and needs. An excellent area for adding personal touches!

If interested, we have purchased and are leaving behind a fiberglass shower insert and glass doors that we never got around to installing.

Laundry facilities and more ...

The area where you will find hookups for the washer and driyer also offer opportunity for potential. We are leaving behind a work bench and peg board for an indoor project space. We also utilized a shelving unit in this area for storage. We even dreamed of a laundry shoot from the upstairs bathroom to the corner of this area so we didn't have to haul dirty laundry downstairs all the time, but it never came to fruition.

Outdoor access ...

Enjoy the convenience of a direct exit from the basement to the backyard, providing easy access and potential for separate entry, enhancing the home's versatility and great value.

Ample storage solutions...

Discover valuable storage space located conveniently under the back porch and accessible from the basement, perfect for seasonal items, tools, and more, adding to the home's practical features and potential. We have added insulation and carpet remnants for more storage.

Back upstairs...

Back upstairs to the back porch, we can see another gateway to the property's expansive outdoor space.

An oasis of outdoor space...

Extend your living space outdoors on this charming back yard. There is a giant deck, a paved patio with a firepit, and a nice corner we had hoped to start a greenhouse someday. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or casual entertaining, overlooking White Mountain and the extraordinary sunsets of Sweetwater County.

Total lot size is 120 feet by 80 feet deep offering ample parking for vehicles in the front, a huge rolling gate with RV parking behind the garage, and a huge fenced back yard with a 10 foot by 20 foot deck and a paved patio with a fire pit.

Pipe has been run/buried for a sprinkler system for which we have just connected to the outside faucets and used timers.

In discussions with the city planner, there is an option to expand the back property line to include what was once zoned as the alley way. An option has also been discussed to purchase a portion of the parcel of land behind the home that is currently zoned for a park. An alley way has naturally over time been created through the middle of where the park was meant to be. What a great opportunity to increase the size of the lot if you are interested in putting in the work!

How about that HUGE garage?

The 4-vehicle garage measures 28 feet by 35 feet. A work bench and significant shelving have been installed and will be left within the garage. A new roof was placed on the garage about 5 years ago. It does need a paint job, something we planned to do this next summer so it still needs done and is reflected in our asking price.
